I am receiving red (payer unable to respond at the current time) or gray (empty) error messages. What should I do?

Red or gray status indicators usually signify a temporary technical issue on the payer's end. If you encounter these:

  1. Note the Payer Name.
  2. Email support@maxrte.com.
  3. Our team will test the connection and coordinate with the payer to determine an estimated time for resolution.
