What do I do if our payers aren't showing up?

If your payers are not appearing in the portal, click the “Organization” button in the upper-right corner.   A drop-down box will appear with the facilities/organizations you are associated with; select the appropriate one. 

If you still do not see your payers, you can send an email our EDI Support at support@maxrte.com.
