With a career spanning fifteen years, Heidi has demonstrated unparalleled expertise and innovation in her field. Her portfolio includes roles such as System Director of Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Analytics & Training Manager, and Denials Manager, each contributing to her comprehensive understanding of healthcare finance and operations.

Heidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Her commitment to excellence is further evidenced by her role as treasurer for MSHFMA and her certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her dedication to operational efficiency and quality improvement.
